I ordered a set from tireagent.com and overall it went smoothly. The tires showed up looking fine for the most part, and the quality seems decent considering the price. One of them had a small scuff, and they’re a little louder on the road than I expected, but nothing too bad. I’ll keep using them for now, not sure I’d buy the exact same ones again, but they’re okay so far.

I ended up saving some cash, which was a nice surprise because apparently good things can still happen. Nothing fancy to complain about here, it did what I needed and left a little extra money in my pocket.

"Super easy tire install"
I ordered my tires through Tire Agent and just picked an installer near my house, and when I showed up the shop already had everything in their system so there was no confusion, no random upsells, no weird back and forth, they just got me in and about an hour later I was done and it was way easier than calling a bunch of places myself.

"Payment options made it way easier"
I ended up needing tires sooner than I expected, so... yeah, not exactly great timing. Tire Agent made it a lot less stressful though because I didn’t have to pay for everything all at once. The payment options really helped, and checkout was simple too. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Shipping was cheaper than I thought it’d be"
I was actually happy with the shipping cost through TireAgent. I’ve used other tire sites where the price looks good at first, then the checkout fees get ridiculous, but this one stayed reasonable. Everything was shown clearly before I paid, and there weren’t any surprise charges at the end. The tires showed up in good condition too. I’d definitely order from them again next time I need tires.

"Tires showed up in great shape"
I ordered 4 tires from tireagent and I was a little nervous about what they’d look like after shipping. Big tires getting tossed around on a truck for who knows how long can go either way. But they showed up clean, wrapped up tight, and there wasn’t any damage that I could see. The labels were still stuck on nice too, which I noticed right away while dragging them into the garage next to my old lawn chair. Nothing looked scuffed up or beat from delivery. Basic thing, but it makes a difference. They arrived exactly how I hoped they would.

I had a feeling this place would be straightforward, it pretty much proved me right. The price I saw was the price I paid, with no weird surprise charges popping up at the end. I always look for that kind of thing because hidden fees are such a red flag, but there weren’t any here.

I ran into an issue with my tire order, and honestly... getting help was a bit frustrating. They did respond, so I’ll give them that, but the replies felt kind of rushed — like they weren’t really reading what I was asking. I ended up having to repeat the same question more than once, which got annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but yeah... I definitely expected better support...

"Warranty help was literally so easy"
I had an issue with one of my tires and thought the warranty claim was going to be a hassle, but it was literally way easier than I expected. Support got back to me fast, explained everything clearly, and I didn’t have to deal with a ton of back and forth. Got it sorted quickly.
